In order to fully understand the role of product manager or retail manager within a fashion company, we analyzed and conducted an observation on a local brand, Argyle & Oxford, then created a business plan which consists of three month of their merchandising plan, promotional plan, sales target and prediction, as well as the pricing strategy.
